Assassination Plot Uncovered: Teen Slays Parents to Finance Trump Hit

A Wisconsin teen killed his parents to “obtain the financial means and autonomy necessary” to assassinate President Donald Trump, according to a recently released federal affidavit.

The FBI affidavit sheds new light on the case against Nikita Casap, 17, who is accused of killing his mother, Tatiana, 35, and stepfather, Donald Mayer, 51, whose bodies were discovered in the family’s Waukesha home on February 28. Casap is charged with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of hiding a corpse, and theft in connection with their deaths.

Authorities believe the couple was shot dead more than two weeks before the gruesome discovery.

“The charges are the result of meticulous investigation efforts emphasizing our dedication to community safety and justice,” the Waukesha County Sheriff said in a statement announcing the murder charges two weeks ago. The statement asked community members to provide “any additional information relevant to this case.”

According to a newly released federal affidavit, there is probable cause to believe that crimes committed include a presidential assassination attempt, conspiracy, and the use of weapons of mass destruction.

The affidavit states that Mayer’s car was reported stolen immediately after the bodies were discovered, and Casap was arrested hours later during a traffic stop in Kansas. According to the affidavit, items found in the vehicle included a gun, ammunition, and $14,000.

The sheriff’s office obtained a search warrant for Casap’s phone and discovered information about “The Order of Nine Angels,” an extremist neo-Nazi organization. They also discovered Russian text messages and a three-page document on assassination, bomb making, and terrorist attacks.

According to the affidavit, Casap told a classmate that he planned to kill his parents. Casap also informed the classmate that he was in contact with someone in Russia who was involved in a plot to assassinate Trump and overthrow the United States government.

According to the affidavit, a three-page document found on the phone and allegedly written by Casap stated that killing Trump would cause national chaos.

“As for why, specifically Trump, I believe it is pretty obvious. The document stated that removing the president and possibly the vice president would undoubtedly cause chaos.

The document accused Jews of encouraging white genocide and degeneracy.

“Jewish occupied governments must fall,” the document stated, and the white race “cannot survive unless America collapses.” It also included images of Adolf Hitler and the text “Hail Hitler.” “Hail the white race, hail victory.”

The affidavit states that Casap “appears to have written a manifesto calling for the assassination of the President of the United States.” He communicated with other parties about his plans to assassinate the President and overthrow the US government.

He also paid for, at least in part, a drone and explosives to be used as a weapon of mass destruction during an attack. The murder of his parents appeared to be an attempt to gain the financial resources and autonomy required to carry out his plan.”

Casap, who is still in custody on $1 million bail, appeared in court on April 9 for a preliminary hearing on charges related to his parents’ deaths but did not enter a plea. He is scheduled to be arraigned in May.

In Pennsylvania, a man who lives in the same town where a would-be assassin fired gunshots at Trump has been charged with making threats on YouTube to kill the president and other officials.

Shawn Monper, 32, was charged with four counts of influencing, impeding, or retaliating against a federal official after posting comments under several YouTube videos threatening to kill or injure Trump and Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, the Justice Department announced on Friday.

Monper lives in Butler, Pennsylvania, the same city where Thomas Matthew Crooks opened fire on Trump during a July 2024 campaign rally. Trump was wounded; an attendee, Corey Comperatore, was killed, and two others were injured. Crooks was fatally shot by Secret Service snipers moments later.
