The Little Blue Menu is served at a unique location in College Park, Maryland.
It’s commonly referred to as a “test kitchen,” but it’s actually a “restaurant concept” from Chick-fil-A, according to food insider Snackolator’s recent Facebook post.

Culinary experts at the College Park location are constantly developing new food and drink options to serve alongside the main menu and testing how well they resonate with customers.
Another notable option on the Little Blue Menu is a burger, which is not found at the thousands of other Chick-fil-A restaurants.
There are also sweet potato waffle fries and tater tots.
Last year, customers could order six different pizza variations from the Little Blue Menu.
According to the Little Blue Menu Instagram page, some recent and notable additions for this year’s March Madness include a Swiss mushroom burger and “buff-lo” wings.
It’s also worth noting that the Little Blue Menu location in College Park only offers delivery.
Customers can place mobile orders via the Chick-fil-A app or website.
EXPANSION PLANS?
Food truck versions of the Little Blue Menu have also made appearances in several states, including Kentucky and Indiana.
A second Little Blue Menu opened briefly in Nashville before closing.
According to Restaurant Dive, Chick-fil-A plans to open a location in Atlanta in 2023.
The build was delayed due to some construction issues.
The Little Blue Menu location also announced in a recent post that it will be temporarily closed on May 1 for renovations.
A reopening date has yet to be confirmed.
