The grocery store chain’s popular tote bags have been trending on social media.
Trader Joe’s has introduced a new design for its insulated tote bag.
Fans spotted and posted the peach-colored Large Reusable Insulated Bag online.
It is a larger version of the store’s limited-edition Insulated Tote Bags, which were popular in 2024.
In February 2025, the mini insulated tote was released in new pink and lavender designs.
The larger bag is designed in a new peach pink and red colorway, with a graphic of the first Trader Joe’s store in Pasadena, California.
The bag is “Great for grocery shopping, travel & outdoor activities,” according to the tag.
“Add ice packs to help keep foods cold.”
The bag holds up to 8 gallons.
According to a Reddit post, the bag sells for $7.99.
In the Reddit post, a picture of the bag with the tag visible demonstrates its larger size in comparison to mini bags.
FAN REACTIONS
Commenters on the Reddit post expressed their excitement for the new bag design, but also acknowledged that the limited-edition item was difficult to obtain.
“Went to three different stores in SoCal (OC), all sold out,” one commenter wrote.
“Anybody seen it in the area?”
“Sold out instantly all around me in SoCal,” added another.
“Another bag to add to my ever-growing collection of insulated totes,” a fan commented.
“Peach is my second favorite color, after purple. It will get a lot of use.
TOTE CRAZE
Trader Joe’s recently made waves with its mini pastel canvas tote bags, which were notoriously difficult to locate.
The mini totes were sold in-store for $2.99, but resellers listed them online for up to $1,000.
The bags came in blue, pink, purple, and green.
In one case, a set of the bags was listed on eBay for an astonishing $1 million.
